UF Health Breaks ground on new ‘Florida Recovery Center’

GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) – UF Health officials announced a new groundbreaking facility in northwest Gainesville.

The future site of the “Florida Recovery Center” campus will take up almost six acres.

Healthcare workers at the site will offer services for people recovering from addiction The new building will replace the current FRC campus in southwest Gainesville. The facility is expected to open by the fall of next year.
