FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) – In partnership with the Allen County Department of Health, Super Shot, Inc. is providing ‘Summer Health Hubs’ every Wednesday in June and July at its Hobson Road location.
From 1-4 p.m. on Wednesdays in June and July, Super Shot, Inc.’s Hobson Road location will be offering immunizations, lead testing, and sports physicals for infants and children in the Fort Wayne area.
Super Shot, Inc. says all CDC and school-required vaccines will be offered during ‘Summer Health Hubs’ as well as childhood lead testing and basic sports physicals. Basic sports physicals will only be available to Allen County residents.
Super Shot, Inc. says appointments are required for all services and can be made by calling 260-424-7468 or visiting https://supershot.org/.
While uninsured/underinsured families are requested to contribute a small administration fee per vaccination to help support Super Shot’s program, the organization says no one is turned away for an inability to pay. Super Shot, Inc. says public and commercial insurance are accepted, and insured patients should provide their insurance information.
