SCAN offers mental health and testing services in Laredo

LAREDO, Tex. (KGNS) – Mental health awareness is increasingly recognized as a vital concern, and in Laredo, SCAN is playing a key role in offering help.

SCAN, or Serving Children and Adults in Need, provides evidence-based prevention, intervention, and treatment services with caring staff.

Their Frontera HIV and Mental Health Expansion Project offers free walk-in HIV/HEP C testing every Tuesday and Thursday from 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Visit them at 1605 Saldana Ave. or call (956) 568-7105 for more information.
