Netflix Inc. won a court order slashing the penalties it owes to an employee’s husband for its delay in responding to his request for documents related to the company’s health plan.

A January decision requiring Netflix to pay $6,465 in penalties under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act was based on a mistaken analysis about the timeline surrounding the plaintiff’s document requests and Netflix’s responses, Judge Edward J.
