BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (WBKO) – Med Center Health is set to acquire Logan Memorial Hospital in Russellville, following an announcement released by the healthcare system on Wednesday.
Logan Memorial Hospital will be Med Center Health’s seventh hospital after the acquisition becomes effective on July 1, 2024, according to a Med Center Health press release.
Following the acquisition, Logan Memorial Hospital will be renamed The Medical Center at Russellville. The hospital serves approximately 45,000 people.
The acquisition also includes 3 medical office buildings on the main campus in addition to rural health clinics located in Russellville, Auburn and Elkton.
