Curry County seeking input on Infrastructure and Capital Improvement Plan meeting on Friday

CURRY COUNTY, N.M. (KFDA) – Curry County will host a public meeting on Friday to discuss projects and purchases that should be included on the Infrastructure and Capital Improvement Plan or ICIP.

The meeting will start at 4:30 p.m. on Friday, June 7 in the Curry County Commission Chambers located at 417 Gidding Street.

The ICIP process encourages entities to plan for the development of capital improvements in case of an emergency situation.

Examples of projects include design and construction, renovation of county facilities, streets, roads, parking lots and the purchase of equipment needed to conduct county operations.

Residents are invited to participate and provide feedback on the projects they believe should be included.
